Ladies and gentlemen, behold Sharp AQUOS F5 Series, a new generation of LED backlights TV that comes with a completely redesigned architecture that now comes in an ultra simple package of just five layers if you include the TV bezel!
Available in four different flavors with sizes ranging from 20”, to 60” including a 32” and 40” model, the F5 Series from AQUOS are not only ultra light with a maximum weight of 21kg for the 60” but also ultra-slim with a thickness of just 37.2mm on the 60” model!
Both the 60” LC-60F5 and 40” LC-40F5 comes with a Full HD resolution as well as a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio (LED Backlight), while the 20” LC-20F5 and 32” LC-32F5 only comes in HD resolution (1366×768) and a contrast ratio of just 400,000:1 for the 20” model with price ranging from 80,000 to 380,000 Yen.
Being fully wireless these TVs comes with a remote Digital TV Tuner and is fully compatible with Sharp AQUOS City, Smartphone Support and other Japanese VOD Services.
Finally Sharp expect to releases these new AQUOS F5 Series early September for the 32” and 40” version and end of October for the 20” and 60” models.
