Gizmodo: Hoodies have strings around the neck, right? Have you EVER used those strings? Why you’d want to tighten a noose around your neck, I’ll never know. The HoodieBuddie cleverly replaces the strings with earbuds; the pocket contains a 3.5mm jack.
All you need to do is whack your iPod into that 3.5mm jack, hiding in the front-right pocket, and you can listen to music without your wires getting tangled. Really, I’m surprised this type of innovation costs $44.

ipodnn: Sweden-based earphone maker Jays has introduced a new range of earbuds, with thet-JAYS. The three models, called simply One, Two and Three differ by their sound character and included accessories. All share the same 8-gram earphone that contains a dynamic speaker with a 10mm Neodymium element and a detachable 2- or 4.3-foot Kevlar cord. (more…)

Engadget: Rather than just introducing these five items individually, Sony reckoned the world at large may pay more attention if they were unveiled in one fell swoop.
To that end, we’re left staring at a new pair of noise canceling headphones (MDR-NC7), travel speakers (SRS-M50), a universal remote (RM-VL610), EX Series earbuds (MDR-EX36V) and stereo Bluetooth headphones (DR-BT160AS).
While the first two are pretty self-explanatory, color lovers will appreciate the three swappable back plates for the remote, and the water-resistant BT ‘phones pack a built-in microphone, rechargeable Li-ion cells and A2DP support.
