Projectiondesign shipping F32 projectors

Electronic House: For those not keeping score on the year’s tradeshows, Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is next week. We don’t expect the same kind of turnout as CES, but projectiondesign from Norway is planning to show off its F32 projector line.

According to About Projectors, that line includes three models that can hold up in “harsh environments.” At almost 28 pounds, the F32 sx+ has a 1400 x 1050 resolution. The F32 1080 features a 1920 x 1080 resolution and two HDMI inputs. Last, but not least, the F32 wuxga has the same resolution as the 1080, but adds in 5700 ANSI lumens.

projectiondesign Introduces the avielo Range of High-End Home Cinema Projectors

hiddenwires: Lifting the wraps off the all-new range of high-end home cinema video projectors, the avielo series comprises five different models. They are introduced by Norwegian projector manufacturer, projectiondesign, and use Texas Instruments DLP(r) technology for the ultimate in image quality and resolution. The projectors in the avielo series are superbly styled and packaged, continuing projectiondesign’s tradition for top-level industrial design.

“Customer expectations in the high-end home cinema segment are sharper than ever,” comments Anders Løkke, International Marketing & Communications Manager. “The HD revolution has changed the way consumers perceive TV and movie content, and people will no longer settle for second best.”

“At the same time, standards of interior design are also rising very fast. It is not enough merely to offer the very latest technology – you have to package it in a way that suits the aesthetics of the living space, and complements the end customer’s lifestyle.”

World’s smallest 1080p projector

Tech.co.uk: Projectiondesign has finally released UK details for the M25 – the world’s smallest Full HD home cinema projector. The M25 has the same footprint as an A4 sheet of paper. And yet manages to deliver full 1080-line progressive images that wouldn’t disgrace projectors three or four times the size.

The Projectiondesign M25 uses the latest Texas Instruments DMD Dark Chip 3 DLP processor. It features 24fps film support, a 5,000:1 contrast ratio and 1,000 ANSI lumens brightness. It also includes Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor technology for an improved colour gamut, and an HDMI 1.3a input – ideal for getting maximum picture quality from and HD DVD players.
